2) Seeking a motion to approve the minutes of the October 20, 2014 Special Meeting. D) PUBLIC COMMENTS
E) FINANCIAL REPORTS 1) Seeking a motion to approve the monthly financial report as prepared and presented by Lauterbach&Amen through November 2014. Roll call. 2) Seeking a motion to approve the Annual Pension Benefit Increases for 2015
(COLA).

2) Seeking a motion to accept the Investment Performance Report as
presented. Roll call vote. 3) Review and update Investment Policy 4) An election will be on Monday April 20, 2015 – The election will be for a retiree representative. Trustee Andy Grod is currently in that position. Also,
Jeff Cook is up for reappointment by the Mayor. Reappointments are
announced at a Village of Plainfield Board meeting in April. New terms begin on the 2nd Tuesday of the first May after the election which will be May 12, 2015. 5) Continuing Education completed by Pres. Cook (19 hrs.), Sec. Meszaros (19
hrs.) and Trustee Fisher (18 hrs.) during October 2014 IPPFA Conference.
