Dear Mayor Bob Giles,
We want to take a moment to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to Sparklight's modem and EMTA rates.
We are committed to providing our customers with the latest products and technological advancements and
we make every effort to minimize costs. As with other companies, however, supply chain challenges, labor
shortages and market inflation have increased technology costs over the past year. While we have not
increased the cost of our modems and EMTAs in nearly 5 years, Sparklight, like other cable and satellite
companies, must now pass a portion of these costs on to our customers. As a result, effective with our next
billing statement, our modem and EMTA rates will increase by $2 per month. This rate adjustment will allow us
to continually invest in and deploy the latest network technology, providing enhanced security, reliability, and
speed as the connectivity needs of our customers evolve.
We value our partnership with the City of McCall and we will continue to provide our customers with the highest
level of reliability and customer care. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may
