This Extension is entered into this _15th day of September, 2022, by and between
the City of McCall, Idaho ("City") and McCall Community Center, Inc. ("Tenant")
Whereas, on December 14, 2017, City entered into a Commercial Lease with McCall
Community Center, Inc. for the operation of the McCall Community Center DBA McCall Senior
Center located at 701 1st Street McCall; and
Whereas, the current lease agreement expires on September 30, 2022, and the parties desire
to extend the contract by the one two-year renewal allowed in the Lease Agreement. and on the
same terms included in the original lease.
Now, Therefore, the parties hereto agree as follows:
The Commercial Lease Agreement now in effect shall be extended on its same terms to
expire on September 30, 2024.
