ORDINANCE NO. 1997 -5
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF GREENCASTLE
CODE TO REFLECT INTERSECTIONS
DESIGNATED FOR NO LEFT TURNS
WHEREAS, a review of traffic flow, circumstances of the right -of -way, and
consideration of public safety indicates the practicality of designating certain
intersections as having no left turns.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Indiana, that the Greencastle City Code shall be amended to add Chapter
442 -20.1. Said Chapter shall read as follows
