AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1997 BUDGET
WHEREAS Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a
budget for calendar year 1997; and
WHEREAS Common Council has determined it is necessary to reduce the
amount appropriated to one major budget classification; and
WHEREAS the reduction does not require the expenditure of more money than
the total amount set out in the budget as finally determined under
Indiana Code 6-1.1-1-1 et seq.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, that the 1997 budget be amended as follows:
A. General Fund - Fire Department
1. Delete $462,408.00 from Public Fire Service
Existing account no. 101-2-11-1101-3-3720
