SUBJECT: Bal Harbour Police Department New Personnel
This Letter to Council (LTC) is to inform and invite you to the formal swearing -in ceremony of
Bal Harbour Village's new police personnel. On June 4, 2015, at 11:00 am, in Village Hall's
Council Chambers, Lieutenant Oscar Amago, Lieutenant Raleigh Flowers, Corporal Ron Smith,
Officer Robert Williams and Officer Dion Cole will be publicly sworn to their oaths to assume
their duties and responsibilities as members of the Bal Harbour Police Department. These
personnel have been hired as part of this fiscal year's approved budgeted enhancements and
reorganization of existing budgeted positions within the police department. This will fulfill the
police department administration's commitment to provide enhanced supervision and services
to the residents of Bal Harbour Village.
