A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE,
FLORIDA; ADOPTING FLEXIBLE BENEFITS PLAN;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Village adopt a "Flexible Benefits Plan
of the Village of Key Biscayne" within the meaning of Section
125(d) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of May , 1993.
