RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE
TIFFIN TRAIL- PHASE 4, TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, On August 15, 2012 IDOT representative, Rebecca Laws met with the
Project Engineer and reviewed all project costs and material.
WHEREAS, On August 20, 2012 the Project Engineer's Certification for the completion
of construction was submitted to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.
WHEREAS, On August 28, 2012 the Project Engineer states the Project construction was
completed in general accordance with the approved Plans and Specifications on file with the City
of Tiffin, Iowa and placed into operation and recommends Final Payment be made to the
Contractor.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City of Tiffin Iowa, that the Tiffin Trails —
Phase 4 —is complete and acceptable to the City and final payment be made to the Contractor.
