Gonzalez, Village Manager A DATE: August 7, 2015 D SUBJECT: Selected Design for Bal Harbour Village 2015 Holiday Decorations The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to provide you with the attached presentation of the selected holiday decoration design for Bal Harbour Village to be placed this holiday season beginning in mid -November 2015. As you know, at the July 21, 2015 Council meeting, Councilman Jaime Sanz was selected to be the liaison between the Village and the selected vendor, Miami Christmas Lights. Subsequent to the July 21 Council meeting, Councilman Sanz met with the vendor, along with several residents, including Beth Berkowitz, Dina Cellini, Cristiana Lima, Rose Schreiber and Bal Harbour Village Parks and Public Spaces Director John Oldenberg to further discuss the best options for the Village. The selected holiday decoration design falls within the budget approved by the Council at the July 21, 2015 Council meeting.
