Gonzalez, Village Manager DATE: August 21, 2015 SUBJECT: New Pay -by -Phone System Now Operational This Letter to Council "LTC" is to inform you that the Village's north parking lot Pay -by - Phone service is now operational. As part of this program, new signage has been posted, advising residents and visitors how they can pay for parking. Residents and visitors now have three (3) options to pay for parking. Parking lot customers can pay through any of the following methods: (1) Download a mobile application (app), which can be found in the AppStore (iPhone) or PlayStore (Android) by searching PassportParking; and, (2) Pay online at m.ppprk.com. Customers will be able to pay and add time to their parking spaces via this automated system. (3) Pay by phone by calling (786) 224-5812. This phone number, posted on the new signage, allows customers to pay for their parking space over the telephone or call for assistance. Information on this new service will be disseminated via the Village's communications tools, as well as featured in the next quarterly newsletter.
