AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY ADDING SUBSECTION (d) TO SECTION
9601 OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO PARCEL MAPS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Subsection (d) is hereby added to Section 9601
of the Temple City Municipal Code, reading as follows:
(d) In addition to all other fees and charges
required by law upon submitting the final parcel map
under the provisions of Section 11576 of the Business
and Professions Code to the County Engineer of the
County of Los Angeles, the subdivider shall pay to
said County Engineer a final map checking fee. The
amount of this fee shall be $25.00 per map plus $3.00
per lot. Adjustments in such fee may be made from
time to time by Resolution of the City Council.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to
be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of
Temple City.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 68 -277 , was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Temple City, held on the 17th
day of December , 1968, and was duly passed, approved and
adopted by said Council, approved and signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 7th day of January , 1969, by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen-Beckley, Harker, Merritt, Tyrell, Briggs
NOES: Councilmen-None
ABSENT: Councilmen- None
