ANNOUNCEMENT:
As the City continues to monitor the Covid-19 numbers and recommendations from the CDC, the 6-
foot social distancing and mask requirements are now a recommendation. The Legion Hall’s
Occupancy Capacity is 32. The Council Members and staff who are anticipated to be in attendance is
8. The first 24 persons who appear will be allowed to be present in the meeting location. All other
persons may be in attendance virtually. Council Meetings will be available for in person and virtual
attendance. Any member of the public can join and listen only to the meeting at 5:30 p.m. by calling

PUBLIC COMMENT RELATED TO FY23 BUDGET
HOW TO SUBMIT COMMENTS
Public comment will be accepted in writing prior to the meeting. To ensure that the Council receives
all comments prior to the meeting, all comments must be submitted prior to 5:00 pm on July 28,
2022. There is a link to submit your written comment on the City’s website at
https://www.mccall.id.us/packets If a member of the public would like to make comment during the
live meeting online or to call-in, please sign up at www.mccall.id.us/packets prior to 5:00 pm on July
28, 2022. Once we receive your request to make public comment, a link will be sent to you with
instructions. Members of the public are also welcomed to attend the meeting in person; however,
written comments are preferred.

Continued discussion and direction regarding FY23 Budget Development
1. Property Tax Allocation – Request direction (ACTION ITEM)
a. Request direction on New Construction (90% of value) – $104,213
b. Request direction on 3% Increase – $207,784
c. Request direction on Forgone Amount – $522,363
i. Eligible to take up to $72,382 for O & M (can add to tax base)
2. Personnel Costs - Review and Request Direction (ACTION ITEM)
