1 Disturbance Loud Party
10205 Collins Avenue #302
Narrative / Comments
The Bal Harbour Police Department was dispatched to a loud party at the Kenilworth
Condominiums. The complainant, a neighbor, wished to remain anonymous. The front desk
clerk advised that they had requested the occupants to keep the noise level down several times
with no compliance. As the officers exited the elevator they could hear loud talking and partying
throughout the entire floor. All requests to lower the noise level were met with a negative
response and some of the occupants became belligerent and argumentative. Therefore, the party
was ordered to be shut down, and a Code Violation Notice was issued. This resolved the issue
and compliance was achieved.
