Dear Mr. Gonzalez,
I contacted Village Hall Receptionist Serena this week to find out who I needed to speak with regarding
an issue of palm trees at 80 Park Drive.
She immediately put me in contact with Jason Atkinson and the issue was resolved right away.
It isn't just that the problem was fixed that I bring to your attention.
The extra effort Jason made to assure me of the action that would be taken and that he phoned me to
report when the job was completed that I find noteworthy.
Thank you for maintaining such a high quality of service within the village.
