AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY.OF TEMPLE
CITY DESIGNATING A PORTION OF BALDWIN
AVENUE AS A TRUCK ROUTE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION -. 1... The City Council .. of the City of Temple City
hereby designates that portion of BALDWIN AVENUE, between
LOWER AZUSA And LIVE OAK as a.truck route, in accordance with
Section 3306, et seq., of the Temple City Municipal Code.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to
be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the. City of
Temple City.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2lstday of January ,
1969 .

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 69 -279 , was introduced at 'a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Temple City, held on the 7th
day of January , 1969 , and was duly passed, approved
and adopted by said Council, approved and signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 21st day of January , 1969
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Beckley, Harker, Merritt, Tyrell and Briggs.
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen- None
