A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY
BISCAYNE, FLORIDA; APPROVING A LEASE FOR
FIRE RESCUE OPERATIONS; AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT; PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF KEY BISCAYNE,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Village is in need of a site to establish its
Fire Rescue operations; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that a portion of
the property along West McIntyre Street and the terms offered with
respect thereto are the most beneficial to the Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a lease
agreement for said property.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
