AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING TBE 2012 BUDGET
WHEREAS, Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana adopted a budget for
calendar year 2012 on September 29h, 2011 with Ordinance 47-2011;-,and'
WHEREAS, Common Council has determined it necessary to transfer money from one major
budget classification to another within a department or office; and
WHEREAS, the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total
amount set out in the budget as finally determined under Indiana Code 6-1.1-1-1
et seq.; and
WHEREAS, this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6-1.1-18-6 without notice and
without the approval of the Department of Local Government Finance.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the 2012 budget be amended as follows:
A. Roseview Transit
Delete $1,895.00 from Vacation Buy Back
Account number 605.57.057.057.000.1396
2. Delete $500.00 from Telephone and Fax
Account number 605.57.057.057.000.3210
3. Delete $3,000.00 from Gas
Account number 605.57.057.057.000.3520
4. Delete $1,000.00 from Contractual Printing
Account number 605,57.057.057.000.3320
Delete $1,500.00 from Advertising
Account number 605.57.057.057.000.3984
6. Add $7,895.00 to Gasoline
Account number 605.57.057.057.000.2211
