I, Tricia Warren, being duly sworn and say, I am the office manager
of The Star-News, a weekly newspaper published at McCall, in the County
of Valley, State of Idaho; that said newspaper is in general circulation in the
county of afore said and is a legal newspaper; that the PUBLIC NOTICE, a
copy of which is enclosed hereto and is a part hereof, was published in said
newspaper once a week for a period of one week in the regular and entire
issue of every number there of during the period of time of publication, and
was published in the newspaper proper and not in a supplement; and that
publication of such notice began September 15, 2022 and ended September
15, 2022.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1006, THE ANNUAL FY22 BUDGET, TO APPROPRIATE FUND BALANCES OF THE CITY OF MCCALL; PROVIDING FOR A TITLE; PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF A BUDGET AND THE APPROPRI-ATION OF EXPENDITURES OF SUMS OF MONEY TO DEFRAY THE NECESSARY EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF McCALL. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OBJECT AND PURPOSES, AND IN THE CERTAIN AMOUNTS HEREIN SPECIFIED FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2021 AND ENDING ON SEP-TEMBER 30, 2022; PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY OF A SUFFICIENT TAX; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND THE FILING OF A CERTIFIED COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE.Now, therefore, be it ordained by the mayor and the City Council of the City of McCall, Valley County, State of Idaho:SECTION 1. TITLE: This Ordinance shall be entitled and cited as the “Amended FY22 Annual Appropriation Ordi-nance of the City of McCall.”SECTION 2. FINDINGS: The City Council finds:A. The City has duly noticed and held a public hearing on the 8 day of September, 2022 for a proposed Amended Budget for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 (FY22) City of McCall, Idaho; andB. That the total revenue anticipated to be available to the City of McCall during FY22 is correctly stated in the Amend-ed Adopted Budget which is herein set forth in Section No. 3, andC. That the appropriations and sums of money as are hereinafter set forth in Section 3 are deemed necessary to defray all the necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of McCall for FY22.SECTION 3. ADOPTION OF THE BUDGET AND APPRO-PRIATION OF EXPENDITURE: The City Council hereby adopts the budget and the appropriation of expenditures for the City of McCall, Idaho, for the fiscal year beginning Octo-ber 1, 2021, and ending September 30, 2022, the objects for which such appropriation is made, and the amount of each object and purpose is as follows:
SECTION 4. TAX LEVY: That a general tax levy on all tax-able property within the City of McCall be levied in an amount allowed by law for the general purposes for said City, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021.SECTION 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.SECTION 6.The City Clerk is directed to forthwith publish this Ordinance and file a certified copy of the same with the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Idaho as provided in I.C. §50-1003 and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication in one issue of The Star-News, a newspaper for general circulation of the City of McCall, and the official newspaper of said City.Passed under suspension of rules upon which a roll call vote was taken and duly enacted an Ordinance of the City of Mc-Call, Valley County, Idaho at a convened meeting of the City of McCall City Council held on the 8th day of September, 2022.Robert S.
