ORDINANCE NO.479
AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
HIGHWAY 55 AND ARROWHEAD DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Medina Ordains as follows:
SECTION I:
The following three properties are hereby rezoned from Business Park (BP) to Commercial -
Highway (CH):
(a) Lot 1, Block 1, Cavanaugh's Meadowwoods Park, according to the plat of record in
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
(b) Outlot B, Cavanaugh's Meadowwoods Park, according to the plat of record in Hennepin
County, Minnesota
(c) Outlot C, Cavanaugh's Meadowwoods Park, according to the plat of record in Hennepin
County, Minnesota
SECTION II:
City staff is authorized and directed to publish this ordinance after recording of the plat of
Cavanaugh's Meadowwoods Park. This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this 16`i' day of March, 2010.
