A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
THE GENERAL EMPLOYEES' SALARY SCHEDULE TO MEET THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA MINIMUM WAGE REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood is a General Law City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted a salary
resolution with a salary schedule for General Employees'; and
NOW, THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. Amend the General Employees' Salary Schedule to meet the State
of California minimum wage requirements as follows:

Section 2. The ongoing funding for salaries of these positions will be included
in future year operating budgets.
Section 3. That the modifications so ordered by this resolution shall become
effective immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 2018.
