Subject: Church by the Sea - Permit to Remove Asbestos Abatement and
Installation of Construction Fencing
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to inform you that on November 20, 2015 the
Church by the Sea submitted a permit application for removal of asbestos abatement and
other interior work as well as for the installation of a construction fence. After appropriate
review, the Building Department has issued a building permit (copies of both permits are
attached).
No demolition or other construction activities are allowed at this time although the demolition
permit application has been submitted.
