Subject: The Brickman Group Semi -Monthly Collins Avenue Report for the
Weeks of November 12, 2015 to November 30, 2015
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to transmit to you a scheduled semi-monthly
report which details the landscape services provided to Bal Harbour Village by The
Brickman Group.
This report provides information regarding the scheduled maintenance activities and any
additional services provided by Brickman such as, new plant installations and landscape
restoration work performed by the contractor beginning on Thursday, November 12, 2015
through Monday, November 30, 2015. This period reflects activities conducted by The
Brickman Group for a longer period in order to align the dates for future reports covering the
first two weeks and the last two weeks of each month.
Scheduled Maintenance Activities
During this period, Brickman provided turf mowing, daily litter/frond debris removal,
pressure cleaning irrigation inspections, and repairs along with weed/pest control services
within the entire corridor as detailed with the report.
Additional Services
In the area of additional services provided, Brickman installed twelve (12) Medjool Date
Palms at various locations along Collins Avenue. Additionally, the climbing Jasmine were
removed and six -hundred fifty (650) Ficus Repens plants were installed along the East and
West sides of the Herman B. Fultz Bridge retaining walls.
