Subject: Church by the Sea - Permit for Demolition
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to inform you that on November 20, 2015 the
Church by the Sea submitted a permit application and Plan Compliance Affidavits for the
demolition of the above. The affidavits were submitted pursuant to FS 553.791 by MTCI
Private Provider Services. Revegetation bond, utility disconnect letters, and permit
applications were also submitted. After appropriate review, the Building Department issued
a building permit (a copy of the permit is attached) on December 7, 2015.
