ORDINANCE NO. 69 -284
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
CORRECTING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds and determines that
the zone corrections hereinafter set forth were initiated by
the Planning Commission and have been processed in the manner
and means set forth by State law and City ordinance and are
deemed to be in the public interest for the reasons set
forth in the Planning Commission's recommendation and report
thereon as set forth in Resolution 69- 323PC.
SECTION 2. The following described property is hereby
rezoned from R -4 to C -2 and the Zone Map corrected accordingly:
9014 through 9016 1/2 E. Longden Avenue, Temple
City, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 89, Tract 5904, Book 69, p. 29
of Maps in the Office of the Los Angeles
County Recorder;
SECTION 3. The following described property is hereby
rezoned from M -1 to M -2 and the Zone Map corrected accordingly:
9362 and 9388 1/2 E. Lower Azusa Road, Temple
City, more particularly described as follows:
Portion of parcel 2, and parcels 12 and
16 of Rancho San Francisquito, P. 1 -31 -32
of Maps in the Office of the Los Angeles
County Recorder;
SECTION 4. The following described property is hereby
rezoned from R -1 to R -3 and the Zone Map corrected accordingly:
5803 N. Encinita, Temple City, more particularly
described as follows:
Parcel 39, Lot 25 and portions of Lots
15, 16, 17, 18, 21 and 22, Tract No. 12977,
Book 252, p. 41 of Maps in the Office of
the Los Angeles County Recorder.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to
be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of
Temple City.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1St day of
