Subject: The Brickman Group Semi -Monthly Collins Avenue Report for the Dates
of December 1, 2015 to December 18, 2015
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to transmit to you a scheduled semi-monthly
report which details the landscape services provided to Bal Harbour Village by The Brickman
Group.
This report provides information regarding the scheduled maintenance activities and any
additional services provided by Brickman such as, new plant installations and landscape
restoration work performed by the contractor beginning on Tuesday, December 1, 2015
through Friday, December 18, 2015. This period reflects activities conducted by The
Brickman Group for a longer period in order to align the dates for future reports covering the
first two weeks and the last two weeks of each month.
Scheduled Maintenance Activities
During this period, Brickman provided turf mowing, hedge trimming, daily litter/frond debris
removal, pressure cleaning, irrigation inspections, along with weed/pest control services
within the entire corridor as detailed with the report.
Additional Services
There were no additional services performed during the reporting period.
