AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID
PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 13he Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri finds that certain property
in the custody of the Police Department as described below, is surplus property, and as
such represents a burdensome cost for storage and maintenance, and that the property
is no longer needed by the City.
29 Mobile Data Terminals and docks
6 Light Bars with Light Boxes
6 Vehicle Cages
6 Shotgun Racks
Section 2. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to dispose of the items
described by trade in and donation to the Missouri Department of Public Safety.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval. ?
