A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING
THE APPROPRIATION FROM THE PARKING AND BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT (FUND 3381) TO THE MONUMENT SIGNS PROJECT (CIP NO.
4011.68.060) IN THE AMOUNT OF $110,000 AND LYNWOOD URBAN BICYCLE
TRAIL- URBAN GREENING (CIP NO. 4011.68.046) IN THE AMOUNT OF $69,250;
AND APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION OF $133,095.00 FROM THE
PUBLIC ART FUND (FUND 2801) TO THE MONUMENT SIGNS PROJECT (CIP NO.
4011.68.060)
WHEREAS, on November 20, 2018, the City Council approved certain
improvement and activities to be funded by the Parking and Business
Improvement District (PBID) assessments; and
WHEREAS, the Infrastructure Design Program one of the projects
included in the list of improvement and activities for the use of PBID assessments
is part of the FY19 Capital Improvement Project referred to as Lynwood Urban
Bicycle Trail (Urban Greening) Project; and
WHEREAS, the Gateway Sign Project, another project included in the list,
has been designed; and
WHEREAS, an appropriation is needed to transfer the funds from PBID
(Fund 3381) to the Projects' accounts; and
WHEREAS, additional funding is also needed for the Monument Signs
Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
DOES HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council approves the following appropriation for
the Lynwood Urban Bicycle Trail (CIP No. 4011.68.046):

Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this City
Council Resolution.
