REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
July 3, 2018
1. CALL TO ORDER
The Lynwood Utility Authority of the City of Lynwood met in a regular meeting in the
Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 6:37 p.m.
Mayor Solache presiding.
2. CERTIFICATION OF THE AGENDA POSTING BY CITY CLERK
City Clerk Quinonez announced that the agenda was duly posted in accordance with
the Brown Act.
3. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS ALATORRE, CASTRO, HERNANDEZ; MAYOR
PRO TEM SANTILLAN-BEAS WERE PRESENT.

Having no further discussion, it was moved by Member Castro, seconded by Vice
President Solache adjourn the Lynwood Utility Authority meeting at 6:13 p.m. Motion
carried by unanimous consent.
