Subject: Super Bowl Event - Fireworks Display at St. Regis Bal Harbour
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to inform you that the Village received a
request for approval from the St. Regis Bal Harbour for a five (5) minute fireworks display,
as part of the Lowes Super Bowl event on Friday, January 31, 2020.
The fireworks will be launched at 9:45 pm, and Miami -Dade Fire Marshalls and Police
Officers will be on scene. The only area of Bal Harbour Beach that will be affected is the
area immediately behind the St. Regis Bal Harbour. Additionally, this fireworks display is
open to the public for their enjoyment.
