AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTION 9202(33) OF THE TEMPLE
CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO CONDI-
TIONAL USE PERMITS FOR NATURAL RESOURSES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 9202(33) of the Temple City Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 9202(33). Natural Resources: Including
surface and sub- surface excavation, extraction,
drilling, slant drilling, production, processing,
coring, testing,and removal of oil, gas, minerals,
rock, dirt or other products.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of.this Ordinance
and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same
to be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated
in the City of Temple City.
