AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE FACADE AND
SIGNAGE GRANT PROGRAM CONTRACT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret as
follows:
1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Fagade
and Signage Grant Program Contract with the Urban Enterprise
Zone Authority.
2. That a copy of this Resolution, along with the executed
contract and attachments in the required number of counterparts
shall be forwarded to John B Riggio, Urban Enterprise Program
Coordinator, for distribution to the New Jersey Enterprise Zone
Authority.
Adopted this 6th day of June, 2002
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 7, 2002.
