RESOLUTION
STATE OF GEORGIA
COUNTY OF Chatham
WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of Tybee Island of, Georgia, held on the
23rd day of June , 2016, a motion was made, duly seconded, and unanimously
adopted that the City of Tybee Island agrees to the terms of the contract for a state
grant in the amount of $7,200.00 between the Georgia Department of Natural Resources
and the City of Tybee Island to survey and complete Phase 2: Historic Resources
Survey of the Island , authorizes the Mayor to execute said contract and any subsequent
amendments on behalf of the City of Tybee Island .
