Re: Bal Harbour Shops/"Barney's space" in the Expansion
Dear Mr. Gonzalez:
Please be advised that the Barney's lease has been officially terminated by Court Order in the
New York bankruptcy court. Bal Harbour Shops, LLC intends to lease the space that was to be
occupied by Barney's to other retail tenants suitable for Bal Harbour Shops. We are now actively
pursuing opportunities in this regard.
