HomeMy Public PortalAbout010-1994 - STRICKEN - SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAPORDINANCE NO. 10-1994 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF COLLEGE CORNER ROAD APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET WEST OF SALISBURY ROAD WHEREAS the zoning map designates the south side of College Corner Road approximately 300 feet west of Salisbury Road as R-4 Multi -Family Residence District, and WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to C-2 Commercial District to accommodate the construction of a financial institution office building,, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of the real estate described in attached Exhibit A, commonly known as a 2.056 acre tract in Center Township, Wayne County, Indiana, be and is hereby changed to C-2 Commercial District.
