ORDINANCE No. 69 -290
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTION 2366 OF THE TEMPLE CITY
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO VACATION LEAVE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 3.5, Section 2366 A of the Temple City
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2366. Vacation Leave.
A. After five years of employment, and effective on the
anniversary date each year thereafter, permanent employees will
be granted one additional day of vacation for each year of
employment to a maximum of fifteen days total.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be
published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of
Temple City.

No. 69 -290, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of,Temple City, held on the 1st day of July, 1969, and
was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved and
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 15th day of July , 1969,
by the following vote:
