SPECIAL MEETING
February 21, 2006
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 217 East Center
Street, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Special
Meeting to order at 4:06 PM. In attendance were Councilmembers Kyle
Bailey, Keith Brewer, Jeffrey Davis, Gregg Stucki and Rob Sweeten.
Also in attendance were City Manager Donna Metzler, City Recorder
Rachel Ellison, City Engineer Dan Stenta, Public Works Director Brent
Williams, Planning and Community Development Director David Olsen,
Zoning Administrator Sommar Johnson, Streets Superintendent Ken
Denney, Police Chief Mike Navarre, Moab Arts and Recreation Center
Director Janet Lowe and Recreation Coordinator John Geiger.
Councilmember Sweeten moved to approve the preliminary plat for
Moab 21, LLC Planned Unit Development for property located
northwest of Apple Lane and 400 North. Councilmember Brewer
seconded the motion. The motion carried 5-0 aye.
Mayor Sakrison made a presentation regarding the Council Visioning
Workshop. Discussion followed.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:00 PM.
