AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1994 BUDGET
WIIEREAS Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a budget for
calendar year 1994, and
WHEREAS Certain revenue estimates have subsequently been revised downward
by the Stae Board of Tax Commissioners, and
WHEREAS it is desirable to remove the under funded appropriation from said accoutns
to balance the 1994 Budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the 1994 budget be amended as follows:
GENERAL FUND
A. LAW DEPARTMENT
1. Delete $29,400.00 for Regular Salaries
No. 101-5-501-1-1196
2. Delete $1823.00 for Social Security
No. 101-1-5-501-1-1220
3. Delete $427.00 for Medicare
No. 101-1-5-501-1-1222
4. Delete $1620.00 for P.E.R.F.
No. 101-1-5-501-1-1230
5. Delete $34.00 for Group Life
No. 101-1-5-501-1-1234
6.Delete $3446.00 for Medical Insurance
No. 10l-1-5-501-1-1231
B. Police Department
1. Delete $100,000.00 for Motor Equipment
No. 10.1-2-10-1001-4-4440
C. Public Works Department
1. Delete $10,000.000 for Removal of Underground Storage Tanks
No. 101-1-13-1301-3 -3 640
D. Administration Department
1. Delete $15000.00 for Special Consultant
No. 101-1-9-901-3-3151
TOTAL GENERAL FUND $161,750.00
