ORDINANCE NO. 69 -29.2
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING THE ZONING CODE WITH RESPECT TO
SHOPPING CENTERS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN;
SECTION 1. Subparagraph (13) is hereby added to Section
9126(S) of the Temple City Municipal Code, to read as follows:
(13) "shopping Center" shall mean any number of
commercial establishments, planned, developed and
operated as a single unit or complex, having its
own off- street parking facilities, and other
accessory uses.
SECTION 2. Subparagraph 39a is hereby added to Section
9202 of the Temple City Municipal Code, to read as follows:
39a. Shopping centers, having 30,000 or more
square feet of gross floor area of all buildings
in such center.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same
to be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated
in the City of Temple City.

nance No. 69-29y4 , was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Temple City, held on the
5th day of Auqust , 1969, and was duly passed,
approved and adopted by said Council, approved and signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular
meeting of the said City Council held on the 2nd day
of September , 1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Beckley, Briggs, Merritt, Tyrell, Harker
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
