Dear City Officials,
Please review the attached letter and let us know if you have any
suggestions on how residents on unpaved roads can better cope with gunk
and dust. Would use of the Perma-Zyme dust abatement described in the
attached article be affordable and more effective than the current
abatement that the city is doing? The link to the video describing its
use in a rural Michigan community is interesting. Or possibly calcium
chloride?
Can the city include paving one or more unpaved roads each year
so that all residents of McCall live on paved roads by 2040?
