AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1994 BUDGET
WHEREAS Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a budget for
calendar year 1994, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to authorize additional appropriations pursuant to Indiana
Code 6-1.1-18-5, and
WHEREAS a public hearing was conducted June 6, 1994, as required for additional
appropriations pursuant to legal notice of such hearing published May 27,
1994, in compliance with Indiana Code 5-3-1-2(b),
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the 1994 budget be amended as follows, to wit:
A. General Fund - Administration Add
1. Excess Medical Insurance

2. Unemployment Compensation Insurance
No. 101-1-9-901-1-1221 $20,000.00
3. Temporary Disability Insurance

C. Local Road and Street Fund
1. Supplies
No. 210-30-300-3002-2-2363 $36,000.00
D. Motor Vehicle Highway
1. Supplies
No. 218-38-380-3801-2-2363 $51,000.00
