Home My Public Portal About064-1994 - APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1994 BUDGET - FORDINANCE NO. 64-1994 AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1994 BUDGET WHEREAS the Fire and Police Pensions were funded as required by the Indiana Code for the year 1994, and WHEREAS year to date experience shows the number of Firefighters and Police Officers exercising retirement rights to be less than the required projections, and WHEREAS it is desirable to remove the overfunded portion from said accounts in the 1994 Budget, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the 1994 budget be amended as follows: A.
