SPECIAL MEETING
January 31, 2006
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 217 East Center
Street, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Special Meeting
to order at 4:30 PM. A quorum of Councilmembers was not present.. In
attendance were Councilmembers Keith Brewer and Gregg Stucki. Also
in attendance were City Manager Donna Metzler, City
Recorder/Assistant City Manager Rachel Ellison, City Engineer Dan
Stenta, City Planner Robert Hugie, Planning and Community
Development Director David Olsen, Recreation Assistant Joel Hickok,
Police Chief Mike NaVarre and Recreation Coordinator John Geiger.
Two members of the audience and media were present.
City Engineer Dan Stenta made a presentation regarding the East Center
Street Improvements Project. Discussion followed.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 10:15 AM.
