Home My Public Portal About070-1994 - APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1994 BUDGET - FORDINANCE NO. 70-1994 AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1994 BUDGET WHEREAS Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a budget for calendar year 1994, and WHEREAS Common Council has determined it is necessary to transfer money from one major budget classification to another within a department or office, and WHEREAS the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total amount set out in the budget as finally determined under Indiana Code 6-1.1, and VaJEREAS this transfer may be made under Indiana. Code 6-1.1-18-6 without notice and without the approval of the State Board of Tax Commissioners, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the 1994 budget be amended as follows: A: ��eneral Fund WFire Otieratlons 1. Delete $6,000.00 from Other Equipment Existing Account No. 101-2-11-1101-4-4490 2. Add $6,000.00 to Hosp/Med(Worker's Compj Existing Account No. 101-2-11-1101-1-1232 B . General Fund - Planning 1.
