ORDINANCE NO. 69 -298
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CI.TY'AMEND.ING PARAGRAPH 12 OF SEC-
TION 9202 OF THE TEMPLE CITY ZONING CODE.
The City Council of the City of Temple City does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Paragraph 12 of Section 9202 of the Temple City
Zoning Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
12. Any business, (1) when conducted primarily as drive -in,
drive - through, take -out, or other vehicular - oriented business, or
(2) when the character and operation of which, whether by design
or operation, primarily provides services or products directly to
occupants of motor vehicles or directly to pedestrian traffic
from service openings or exterior counters.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption and
passage of this Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and
shall cause the same to be published in the Temple City Times, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in the City of Temple City.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of November,
1969.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No.
69 -298, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Temple City, held on the 4th: day of November,: 1969,
and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, ap-
proved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at
a regular meeting of the said City Council held on the 18th day
of November, 1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Beckley, Briggs, Merritt, Tyrell, Harker
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen- None
