Home My Public Portal About083-1994 - APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1994 BUDGET - PORDINANCE NO. 83-1994 AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1994 BUDGET WHEREAS Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a budget for calendar year 1994, and WHEREAS Common Council has determined it is necessary to transfer money from one major budget classification to another within a department or office, and WHEREAS the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total amount set out in the budget as finally determined under Indiana Code 6-1.1, and WHEREAS this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6-1.1-18-6 without notice and without the approval of the State Board of Tax Commissioners, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, A.
