ORDINANCE NO. 69 -299
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
SUSPENDING THE EFFECT OF ORDINANCE NO.
69-/96 RELATING TO HOLIDAYS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 69 -296 is hereby suspended
until January 1, 1971, Whereupon said Ordinance shall go
into full force and effect.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple
City shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall
cause the same to be published in the Temple City Times,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published
and circulated in the City of Temple City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of
December, 1969.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordi-
nance No. 69 -299, was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Temple City, held on the 18th day of
November, 1969, and was duly passed, approved and adopted by
said Council, approved and signed by the Mayor and attested
by the City Clerk at a regular meeting of the said City Council
held on the 2nd.. day of December, 1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Beckley, Briggs, Merritt, Harker
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen- Tyrell
