AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC), SCHEDULE (J), (PARKING
PROHIBITED), SUBPARAGRAPH (A), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OFJEFFERSON,
PERTAINING TO A PORTION OF WEST McCARTY STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule J, (Parking
Prohibited), Subparagraph (a), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by the addition of a portion of West McCarty Street, as follows:
McCarty Street, West: alon¢ the perimeter of the island located in 1300 block of McCarty
Street between Havana and Hart Streets.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
