Construction Fencing Permit
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to inform you that the Bal Harbour Shops submitted
a permit application for demolition of the Fairfield Manor. On January 25, 2016, a permit was
issued to install a building construction fence after appropriate review by the Village's Building
Department. Attached is a copy of the permit.
No demolition or other construction activities are allowed at this time although the demolition
permit application is under review.
