Subject: Employee Compliment - Suramy Cabrera and Patricia Andrade in the
Bal Harbour Village Building Department
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to transmit to you an employee compliment
received praising Suramy Cabrera and Patricia Andrade in the Village's Building
Department for providing excellent customer service.
The compliment reads (translated from Spanish):
"Gabe,
I wanted to inform the Mayor, Assistant [Mayor,] and Councilmembers that today I
had to go to the Building Department to resolve a few issues and it gave me great
pleasure at how well I was treated and the speed with which they resolved
everything for me.
With this message I wanted to:
A) Congratulate the Village
B) Congratulate and express my gratitude to the Building department - especially to
Patricia and Suramy - for their speedy, excellent assistance.
