No later than August 31, 2023, the undersigned parties will have caused the property to be connected to the City of McCall potable water system. 2. That a portion of the proceeds from the loan to be obtained on the property will be used to effect the connection. 3. Upon connection, the parties will disconnect the private well on the property from the household domestic water supply. 4. The disconnected private well can still be used on the property for landscape irrigation only. 5. In the event the undersigned fail to comply with the provisions of this agreement, the undersigned, jointly and severally, agree to pay a civil penalty of $100.00 per day for each day from and after September 1, 2023 until all the terms and conditions of this agreement have been met by the undersigned.
